Keywords:
Teacher Ability, Islamic Religion, HR Management, Madrasah, IbtidaiyahAbstract
Human resources (HR) are very important for educational institutions. The quality of teachers and lecturers is a major problem in educational institutions today. The aim of this research is to determine whether the competency of Islamic religious teachers at the Perhentian Raja Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah influences the implementation of human resource management. All Islamic religious teachers, totaling 50 people, were used as samples in this research. Data was collected through a questionnaire method. This research uses validity, reliability, normality, and correlation and linear regression tests to analyze the data. The research results show RSquare of 0.415, or 41.5%. This value shows that a change of 41.5% in the implementation of HR management is caused by changes in the competency variable
