Focus and Scope

Larisa Bahasa Inggris strives to publish a balanced mix of high-quality theoretical or empirical research articles, case studies, review papers, comparative studies, and exploratory papers. Larisa Bahasa Inggris provides a place for researchers and practitioners of English to discuss. There should be critical discussion of new and significant issues and contributions. Larisa Bahasa Inggris aims to explore the publication of research findings and scientific innovations which are practically relevant for the development of English language science and English language education. Larisa Bahasa Inggris accepts articles in Indonesian and English, but prefers English. The focus of Larisa Bahasa Inggris is divided into 2 parts, namely:

1. English Language Studies includes English Linguistics for ELT, Translation studies, English and General Applied Linguistics and Discourse Analysis

2. English language education includes: Theory and Practice in Teaching and Learning English, Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language, Literature and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, English learning based on information and communication technology (ICT), Design and curriculum development, English language assessment, English for specific purposes (ESP)
