Abstract

Bioactivators are microorganisms that can be used to accelerate the decomposition process of organic waste or can be applied directly to the soil to increase soil fertility. Microorganisms play an important role in supporting the sustainability and productivity of agro-ecosystems. Excessive use of chemical fertilizers in plant cultivation practices can reduce the health status of the soil. The use of commercially available organic fertilizers and plant bioactivators is relatively burdensome for farmers if they have to be applied intensively, because the prices are quite expensive for farmers to reach, because of the need for innovation from farmers to produce bioactivators independently.
