Pelatihan Teknik Penulisan Artikel Ilmiah Bagi Guru-Guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Akhalkul Karimah Biring Ere

This community service program aimed to equip teachers with the skills required to prepare scientific papers and apply proper citation techniques, thereby enhancing their active participation in scholarly publication and improving the quality of education within the foundation. The program was initiated in response to the importance of disseminating research findings for educational advancement, the strategic role of teachers in sharing the outcomes of action research, and the value of academic writing for professional development and career advancement, including promotion requirements. The implementation was carried out in several stages, including preparation, material delivery, manuscript-writing practice, mentoring, evaluation, and report preparation. The methods employed consisted of lectures, interactive discussions, and direct practical guidance. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of the concepts, structure, and procedures involved in scientific publication. This training is expected to foster a strong academic culture among educators at the Akhalkul Karimah Biring Ere Education Foundation and to contribute to the sustained improvement of educational quality and competitiveness
