Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how leadership style influences worker productivity at the Karimun Regency Human Settlement and Housing Service. The three indicators of leadership style used in this research are delegative, participative and authoritarian. This research was carried out at the Karimun Regency Public Housing and Settlement Area Service. The population used is all employees at the Karimun Regency Public Housing and Settlement Area Service. The sample used was a saturated sample of 25 respondents, with a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample. This research uses questionnaires and interviews as quantitative research methods. Responses provided by respondents from the complete sample were used to collect data for this study. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The research results show that career development and leadership style both partially and simultaneously improve employee performance
