Marketing Strategy Using Domino's Pizza Company Advertising and Social Media to Increase Sales Results

One of the advertising media that is popular and often used by the Domino’s Pizza company to increase sales turnover apart from print and mass media advertising, is media sosial which includes Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and the like. The company is trying to approach consumers in a more modern and popular way in society, in addition to increasing turnover sales while also expanding new market opportunities. The aim of this research is to determine the advantages and disadvantages of marketing and sales strategies using advertising (e-commerce) and media sosial. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research was carried out directly or indirectly, namely at one of the fast food culinary branches/outlets, which is Domino’s Pizza, admin, customer testimonials and interviews on the company's official website. Then the results of the research will show the increase obtained from sales using advertising. e-commerce and media sosial are less than tens of thousands of outlets spread across an international scale. The advantage of the results of this research is also to find out sales figures and opportunities to increase sales using advertising and media sosial. The weakness of this research is that not all data can be displayed because it is not all company data can be published
